Sanford Diday – CEO & Chairman

Mr. Diday has twenty years of executive management, corporate and competitive strategy, corporate development, and finance expertise with growth companies. Mr. Diday is currently CEO of MTheory Technologies, Inc., which provides applied analytics products, services, and solutions using location attribution, audience intelligence, and premium smart-data at scale to serve commercial enterprises, professional security, intelligence, and various allied public and private sector communities. Additionally, Mr. Diday is Chief Strategy Officer at JrPixels, recently named by Entrepreneur Magazine as one America’s 360 Best Small Businesses and noted by Technic.ly Media as “Startup Whispers”. Similarly, Mr. Diday is a Board member and growth advisor to a portfolio of organizations that include Opkix, FollowerFoundry, and ARCV. He’s also a contributing writer for AMI Publications; his latest articles include “Most Pre-Revenue Deals Should be Priced Equity Rounds, Not Convertible Debentures”, “Execution Success in a Show Me Marketplace”, and “Execution is Everything”. Mr. Diday has contributed to NASDAQ OMX Group, NYSE AMEX, The Los Angeles Times, and The Los Angeles Business Journal. Kim Partoll

Kimberley Partoll is the former Chief Operating Officer of AOL, responsible for over 85% of the company’s multi-billion-dollar profits. Kim led strategic growth areas focused on expanding their offerings globally. Her operating scope included Business Development, Business Intelligence, Consumer and Brand Marketing, Mobile, Product Experience and Innovation, Paid services and Subscription businesses, as well as the Global Operating Council. Beginning her career at AT&T in the consumer long-distance business where she rose to the executive ranks and was responsible for managing their 67 million customers and $18B+ of revenue. In 2000, Kim moved from the telecommunications industry to the cable industry where, at AT&T Broadband, she was responsible for leading corporate marketing for its "triple play" bundle of video, telephony, and high-speed data products across a footprint of 28 million U.S. homes. In 2010, Kim founded Shakti Consulting, LLC, focused on consulting, supporting, advising, and investing in technology platform-based entrepreneurial companies. Some of the companies in Kim’s portfolio include Circleback, OneQube, Texting Base, and Recruitmates. Kim also serves as a volunteer and as President of the Board of Loudoun Therapeutic Riding, a 501c3 non-profit which seeks to empower and improve the lives of people with cognitive, physical, and psychological disabilities through the benefits of equine-assisted activities and therapies. Kim attended the Executive Education Program at the Dartmouth College Amos Tuck School of Business and holds a bachelor's degree in History from Duke University. 

Matt Blunt

Governor Matt Blunt is President and Chairman of the American Automotive Policy Council, a trade association representing the public policy and trade interests of FCA US, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors Company. In 2004, Matt was elected the 54th Governor of Missouri, carrying 101 of the state’s 114 counties. As governor, he eliminated a $1.1 billion deficit and delivered balanced budgets, a surplus, tax relief, and dramatic increases in education funding. He enacted economic growth measures to improve the state’s business climate leading to the creation of 70,000+ jobs. Prior to his election as Governor, he served in the Missouri House of Representatives and as Missouri’s Secretary of State. As Secretary of State, he reformed state election laws and used technology to increase customer convenience while also reducing costs. Matt is a Director for Copart (NASDAQ: CPRT), USAA Life Insurance Company of New York, Dent Wizard International, and is a member of the board of business advisors for Gridiron Capital. Additionally, he was appointed by the President of the College of William and Mary to the James Monroe Commission that’s assisting with the management of Ash Lawn-Highland; the home of James Monroe. Governor Blunt earned his bachelor’s degree in History from the U.S. Naval Academy. He, his wife Melanie, and their two sons, William Branch and Brooks currently reside in Delaplane, Virginia.

Michael Skellern

Michael Skellern has more than 35 years of entrepreneurial and executive management experience leading private and publicly-traded international companies as President, CEO, Board Member, and Chairman in the aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer, real estate, and technology sectors. He has developed, merged, acquired, operated, and sold private and publicly-traded consumer, aerospace, and defense sector companies in 14 countries across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, including organizations with more than 1,300 people. Mike has served as the CEO of Pacific International, a corporate development, strategy advisory, and risk mitigation firm for more than 30 years, where he has led the successful development and commercialization of both proprietary and client commercial and defense products, systems, and services companies. Major commercial multinational clients include American Standard, BMW, Borden, Bosch, General Electric, Ingersoll-Rand, Home Depot, and Siam Cement Group. Mike has originated and completed mergers, acquisitions, and development of multiple publicly-traded and private defense and security companies that provided strategic products, systems, and services to solve complex risk issues for U.S. and allied foreign governments, militaries, and law enforcement agencies. Company subsidiaries were awarded multiple government contracts to develop and deploy intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems, as well as tactical products and services for the United States Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Justice, and Other Government Agencies, as well as Non-Governmental Organizations, allied foreign governments, militaries, and multinationals, including some of the world’s most hostile environments. In the process, Mike has established a worldwide network of senior industry and government leaders.  Mike continues to leverage decades of operating experience leading public and private companies to develop effective strategies that allow commercial and government organizations to successfully navigate today’s changing global environments and deliver effective solutions to complex challenges. Mike is a U.S. Army veteran with service in Asia, Europe, and the United States. He is a member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers and the Special Forces Club.

Jim Hadley

Jim Hadley is Founder, President, and CEO of Tiber Solutions, LLC; a professional services firm focused on delivering data analytics leadership and solutions to corporations and governments. Jim has over 23 years of experience and has provided premium data services to many industries including financial services, government, transportation, healthcare, technology, energy, education, and hospitality. While working with clients like FDIC, SEC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Amtrak, NIH, HHS, and the Graduate Management Admission Council, Jim created analytics solutions to detect securities insider trading rings, detect and prevent bank failures, develop protocols for malaria prevention in Africa, manage the life-cycle of MBA candidates, and detect Medicaid fraud. Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from Vanderbilt University and speaks frequently at data analytics events. He is the Editor of two books, Star Schema: The Complete Reference (McGraw-Hill, 2010) and Mastering Data Warehouse Aggregates (Wiley, 2006).

Sarah Tomita

Ms. Tomita is CEO of Executive Consultants, Inc., and Director of Business Operations and Strategy at Regulatory Professionals, Inc. In both capacities, she creates and implements business strategy, business operations, and strategic financial plans to drive organization value as well as top- and bottom-line growth. Prior, Ms. Tomita was Vice President, Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs & Co., New York City, where she led key M&A and financing transactions, including Lululemon Athletica’s $377 million IPO, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group’s $10 billion de-merger from Cadbury Schweppes, Univar’s minority stake sale, the acquisition of Basic Chemical Solutions, and Terra-Gen Power’s $360 million debt refinancing. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ms. Tomita spent time in the public sector, where she served in the Office of the White House as well as in the Office of the Deputy Secretary of Labor at the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington, D.C. She received her B.A. in Political Science with distinction from Yale University and reside in San Francisco, CA.

Roger Studner

Roger has over twenty years of senior and principal software engineering, development, design, and UI and UX experience.  He has worked with some of the most notable enterprise, advertising, ecommerce, education, security, and analytics growth companies in the Washington, D.C. area, to include: Expel, FireEye, Informatica, AddThis, Echo360, and Netuitive. He is continuously seeking out and using new technologies. Most recently he’s been taking a deep dive into Single Page Web Application architecture using modern UI MV* frameworks such as EmberJS, Angular, and Backbone. Skill sets include expert level command of Java, J2EE, Groovy (GPars!), Grails, Scala, Akka, Play Framework, Spring (MVC, Security), EmberJS, TDD/BDD (Spock), jQuery, GWT, Backbone, AngularJS, requireJS, CommonJS, CoffeeScript, Backbone (w/Marionette), Grunt, Broccoli, and others, as well as DevOps skills on AWS using Cloudbees, Artifactory, CloudFormation, and Asgard … all tied together with Gradle - custom plugins etc., and duplicates the above DevOps toolset (as much as possible) by making use of Amazon OpsWorks, ElasticBeanstalk, and Chef. Roger holds a B.S.E. in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
